To recieve a copy of  all mails that sent via exchange server
Hi allI want to configure the exchange server such a way that if a mail is send or received through this exchange server then i should receive a copy of that message .How to configure please helpThanksDAM

Hi DAM,Since you want all the mails which are send/received by users of an Exchange server, you can configure journaling to copy all these mails to a journaling mailbox. Which version of Exchange do you use? Since you need just a copy of message you can go for standard journaling on database level but keep in mind some of the points that it increase load on the mailbox server and you need to keep the journaling mailbox (in your case your mailbox) to be on separate server and need same amount of storage space since it is going to copy all the mails of your environment. Additionally keep the legal laws of various countries in mind about the privacy and companies :) You can refer below articles for further details depending on the version of Exchange do you use....
