Hi DAM,Since you want all the mails which are send/received by users of an Exchange server, you can configure journaling to copy all these mails to a journaling mailbox. Which version of Exchange do you use? Since you need just a copy of message you can go for standard journaling on database level but keep in mind some of the points that it increase load on the mailbox server and you need to keep the journaling mailbox (in your case your mailbox) to be on separate server and need same amount of storage space since it is going to copy all the mails of your environment.
